One of my favorites:
Raw Tuna Recipe:
Soak a cup of almonds and a cup of sunflower seeds for at least 6 hours
Put 2 cloves of garlic in food processor and blend
Add almonds and seeds and 1/2 cup of olive oil (or less or more to taste)
Shake in good amount of dulse (or other ground seaweed) to taste
Squeeze in juice from one lemon
Sea salt and tamari to taste
Basil and/or other dried herbs to taste
Blend well
Finely chop by hand 4 stalks of celery and 1/2 red onion and mix them in
Enjoy!
